Hey there reader(s)!

Sorry I haven't been posting here. I have been a busy little bee. The wife was out of town for most of the week, so I've been doing a little extra parenting (i.e. microwaving dinner). It really takes it out of a guy.

This weekend I'll be doing my final long training run for the upcoming Portland marathon. I'll be slogging my way through a demoralizing 22 mile run. So, uh, that'll be fun.
