As I mentioned yesterday, I'm really excited about being a pacer for the half marathon race this weekend. So, I got a little panicky when I saw this headline on CNN.com this morning.
If, during the half marathon, you are are in danger of being punched, run over by a car, or shot at, I hope you break your pace and run faster! There is no shame in this.

JR, I'm just trying to figure out how to stuff a gun in my running shorts. So far all of my attempts have been uncomfortable, yet flattering.

In our town, you usually have to show up at a t*tty bar for Pacers to get shot/punched, etc.
